These terms cover your use of spacetobreathe.events and attendance at a Space to Breathe session. Buying a ticket also means accepting Ticket Tailor’s own terms at checkout.

1. Who we are

Space to Breathe is a guided mindfulness meditation and sky-bathing session led by Nina A Spencer, held at Sherwood Observatory (Planetarium), Coxmoor Road, Sutton-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire NG17 5LF.

This website is provided so you can learn about the session and reach the official ticket page. Using the site means you agree to these terms.

2. Official tickets only

Tickets are sold only through Ticket Tailor. The Book button on this website takes you to our official Ticket Tailor event.

Please do not buy a ticket by any other method. Listings on other websites, social media, marketplaces, group chats, or from private sellers may not be legitimate. We cannot honour, refund, or admit tickets that were not issued by Ticket Tailor for this event. If a price, page, or seller looks unofficial, walk away and use the links on this site.

The purchase contract for your ticket is formed with us through Ticket Tailor. Ticket Tailor’s terms apply to the checkout, payment, ticket delivery and any mailing list you join there.

3. The session

This is a seated experience in comfortable planetarium seats that partially recline. Nina A Spencer personally guides the whole session. Relaxing music accompanies her. It is mindfulness and rest, not a medical treatment, diagnosis, or therapy, and not an astronomy lecture you can get wrong.

Spaces are limited. A ticket is for the date and time shown on Ticket Tailor. Please arrive in good time, wear something comfortable, and follow any reasonable requests from the host or venue staff so the room can stay quiet and kind.

If you need to leave during the session, do so as gently as you can. You are welcome to sit out any part that does not feel right for you.

4. Changes, postponement and refunds

Events can be postponed or cancelled if the venue, host, or circumstances require it. If that happens, we will use the contact details on your Ticket Tailor booking to tell you, and refunds or new dates will follow the options offered through Ticket Tailor for that booking.

If you cannot attend, check your Ticket Tailor booking for transfer or refund rules for that ticket type. We do not sell tickets by invoice, cash-in-hand, or bank transfer outside Ticket Tailor, and we will not ask you to pay that way.

5. Your wellbeing

You take part at your own discretion. The planetarium is dim. Seats recline only in part; this is not a lying-down floor class. If you have a health condition that might make a dark, seated, still session unsuitable, please decide carefully or ask us before booking. Listen to your body on the night.

6. This website

Content on this site is for information. We may update copy, dates and details. If anything on the site disagrees with your Ticket Tailor listing, the Ticket Tailor listing for your booking is the one to follow for time, price and ticket type.

You may not copy the site in bulk, scrape it, or use it to impersonate Space to Breathe or to sell unofficial tickets. Copyright in the experience and this website is set out on the copyright page.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms removes any rights you have as a consumer under UK law that cannot be excluded. We are not responsible for unofficial ticket purchases, for the policies of Ticket Tailor or the venue beyond our control, or for losses that were not foreseeable when you used the site or booked.

8. Privacy

How we — and Ticket Tailor — handle information, including that mailing lists are managed via Ticket Tailor, is set out in the privacy policy and cookies page.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If a court finds one part unenforceable, the rest still applies.
